Bug Description
1) Open Document Viewer
2) Load a PDF document which has no Table of Contents
3) Swipe from bottom to reveal the Table of Contents
WHAT HAPPENS:
User can swipe the bottom edge and reveal the Table of Contents, which is empty.
WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN:
If the Table of Contents is empty, the bottom edge gesture should be disabled.
