Request for a :copyright slot

Hello,

in addition to the existing :license system slot, I would like to have a :copyright one in which we could provide copyright years. This would be useful for documentation generators such as Declt, issuing Copyright header lines in various places.

I'm willing to do this. Will you please let me know what you think the format should be? It seems like some libraries with history have copyright information like this:

Bill Original Author 1999-2005
Lucy Occasional Contributor 2003-2007
Jane Current Maintainer 2005-2016

So do you just want a big string? Do you want a string that has line breaks contained? Something more specific?

I'm hoping to get the metadata better documented.

Note that if you add a slot, people won't be able to use it unless you also add a feature to protect uses of it.

That would be something to do just before ASDF 3.2 or ASDF 4.
