mkinitrd lacks i2o support

Bug Description

mkinitrd complains about "unknown root device /dev/i2o/hda2" when running mkinitrd
if the root device is on an i2o controller.

i2o support is now in breezy's initramfs. Marking this bug as 'wontfix' since
initramfs is now the preferred setup.
