Bug Description
Dash does not display anything in the 'photos' section even though there are images in the standard location in the user home folder and it shows icons for pictures in other sections like 'home' and 'applications'.
To replicate:
1. Log in as user
2. Click canonical 'dash' logo in side bar
3. Dash opens
4. Icons present as expected in 'home', 'files', etc. sections as expected
4. Click photo section icon on dash interface
5. should show images from /home/user/pictures
6. Nothing displayed

The dash uses the shotwell collections and online sources, it's a bit suboptimal but you need to start shotwell and have it index your photo for that to work
