[Doc] Incorrect information on location of certificates

The following guide specifies the wrong location of certificates:

Under “Additional Information” when talking about HTTPS access to the Fuel Master node, the docs say:
"Changing keypairs for the Fuel Master node -- You need to write the key to /etc/pki/tls/nginx.key and the certificate to /etc/pki/tls/nginx.crt. Make sure you restart nginx after that."

This doesn’t seem to reflect the changes made under this bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1491849

As per those notes, the correct location for the certificate is /var/lib/fuel/keys/master/nginx/nginx.crt
