Bug Description
When writing an email with Apple-Mail that contains text and images, Mail displays the images, but drops the text parts.
Can be reproduced by composing an email by sending e.g. a photo and add text above or below the image.
This happens as the email is handled as an HTML mail, although only the images are HTML content.
Comfirmed for recent iPhone Mail (13D15) and iPad Mail (13B143). Other clients need to be checked.
