Vcenter : Virtual-network not associated with IP-pool

With latest 3.0-2712 fresh install of Vcenter-only mode, VM's not getting IP as VN not associated with IP-pool.

Sachin debugged the setup and knows the problem and assigning to him..

This is scaling setup with ~1700 VMs
