Getting started in FirstApp - Shade installation link

I would like to change the link about shade installation.
Right now "a recent version of shade library installed" link points to https://pypi.python.org/pypi/shade/0.11.0, so would be better if it points to http://docs.openstack.org/infra/shade/installation.html
