Bug Description

When running make docker from shell (not triggered by Jenkins), docker exec -i CONTAINER CMD is not being finished until enter or ctrl+c are hit.
If enter/ctrl+c are not hit, it basicaly hangs. And it's not a good thing, because when you run automated system, you don't want to have to hit enter every now or then.

More information can be found here: https://github.com/docker/docker/issues/13052

Calling docker exec CONTAINER CMD instead of docker exec -i CONTAINER CMD fixes the problem.
