Can you please add the webbrowser-app log file (/home/phablet/.cache/upstart/application-legacy-webbrowser-app-.log) ?
Or alternatively run webbrowser-app from a terminal and paste the output here.

This looks similar to bug #1520537, the output of the browser would help determine if it’s a duplicate.
