Bug Description

on the frieza, we are showing xchat in the launcher. But the app is not usable unless you have an external keyboard connected. So it's odd to have it listed when it can't be used by the majority of users

This is true for libre office as well
The bug really is the OSK is not working with these apps, lets fix that
