Please intergrate snipl 2.3.2 into Ubuntu 16.04.

Now snipl version 2.3.2 is available on Developerworks.

Please download and integrate into Ubuntu 16.04.

After the descision was made to take only snipl without hwmcaapi. Can the state "Incomplete" be changed ?

Thank you for notifying the decision on the bug report that it is now requested to package snipl, sans the hwmcaapi component dependency.

Canonical will not use snipl. Therfore the bugzilla will be closed, with Reject state
