Bug Description
Connectivity tests seem to always behave as if polys are not 'Full': any connections formed by the smaller fragment of a bisected poly (i.e. one cut by a line or arc that has 'clearline' flag) won't be noticed by the connectivity code. In other words, connectivity tests seem to imagine that the fragment has been pruned as it would be if the poly did not have 'fullpoly'.
