Bug Description
Tested with MOS 8 RC1.
I get flapping alarms while it shouldn't. My take is that the alarm definitions use a wrong group_by parameter, it should be 'hostname' instead of 'member'.

Aggregate log alarms per hostname
AFD metrics about logs need to be aggregated by hostname so this change
modifies the group_by parameter of the respective GSE cluster definition.
