Bug Description

Please update version of aacraid to version 1.2.1. Older version does not support fresh devices and as a result we can not see the attached drives or kernel panic.

Starting from 6.1 Fuel supports building custom images for bootstrap, and in 8.0 this functionality received a lot of enhancements (along with switching default image to Ubuntu based one). Please recheck the documentation:

Please specify where do you need the driver to be updated?
Do you need it just for Ubuntu (slave nodes), or you need it for CentOS (Fuel master node) of for both Ubuntu and CentOS?
For your info
The current driver version on Fuel master node is
------------------------
modinfo aacraid
filename: /lib/modules/3.10.0-229.20.1.el7.x86_64/kernel/drivers/scsi/aacraid/aacraid.ko
version: 1.2-0[30300]-ms
license: GPL
description: Dell PERC2, 2/Si, 3/Si, 3/Di, Adaptec Advanced Raid Products, HP NetRAID-4M, IBM ServeRAID & ICP SCSI driver
author: Red Hat Inc and Adaptec
rhelversion: 7.1
srcversion: 47F371EC5898CBD0D57C0AD
---------------------

The version on Ubuntu is mostly the same
---------------------
$ modinfo aacraid
filename: /lib/modules/3.13.0-76-generic/kernel/drivers/scsi/aacraid/aacraid.ko
version: 1.2-0[30200]-ms
license: GPL
description: Dell PERC2, 2/Si, 3/Si, 3/Di, Adaptec Advanced Raid Products, HP NetRAID-4M, IBM ServeRAID & ICP SCSI driver
author: Red Hat Inc and Adaptec
srcversion: AA0569A86FE08F668451422
---------------------

If you need it for slaves (Ubuntu), do you need it for bootstrap as well?
