Bug Description

Attempting to start opensmtpd with the suggested line "listen on all" in /etc/smtpd.conf results in the error "smtpd: invalid virtual ip or interface: all"

Specifying either "listen on 0.0.0.0", "listen on ::", or "listen on eth0" will work, but I haven't been able to identify a way to tell it to listen on all network adapters for all IP versions.
