can not boost volume past 100% using vol control applet

Bug Description

I am running 15.10 and with the latest update the volume control behavior changed. Before I could use the volume applet to increase the vol past 100%. I can no longer do that. The applet control stops at 100. If I choose 'Sound Settings' I can up the vol past 100%.

Thanks, that has been fixed in the newer serie with https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-sound/12.10.2+16.04.20160105.2-0ubuntu1 , the fix might be backported as a stable update later
