I used `emacs-snapshot` quite a long time, but yesterday the weekly upgrade failed du to this very same reason. One can't even roll back to a snapshot of last week because they aren't available anymore via `apt`. Also going back to 24 is not an option because most of the packages used in my chain use features of 25.
So when will snapshot be fixed to work again? Or is there another way to install emacs 25+ via deb? My SysOp will not allow a source-build.
