Please do not change importance of the bugreport based on what you expect to get faster. For this kind of "flags" the tag customer-found is used.

Denis, the bug actually impact a lot of OpenStack functionality. Depending which component it appears in, you can get pretty much non functional cloud, without ability to manage VMs, etc.

Polina, I understand your worries, but if the bugreport has upstream's counterpart it should also have the same Importance, as otherwise it would be a mess of only critical bugs, which is not very helpful.
