Bug Description
The jobs with Rally launching fail: "AssertionError: Docker image for Rally not found!".
The problem was in 'image_exists' method that tries to find 'rallyforge/rally' instead of 'docker.
The name was changed by rally team, so it's necessary to change it in fuel-qa tests.
