Migrate all forms and views to use LaunchpadFormView/LaunchpadEditFormView

Bug Description

We should update all forms and views to use LaunchpadFormView and LaunchpadEditFormView. That will save us a lot of code in our browser views and improve its maintainability and readability.

Assuming Launchpad has too many forms not using LaunchpadFormView/LaunchpadEditFormView for all of them to be fixed in a single branch, I suggest having separate bug reports for each form that needs updating (of which bug 74949 would be one).

As a housekeeping thing, this can be done whenever, its not however security/user related.
