Bug Description

Build Version/Date: MAAS 1.10
Environment used for testing: Xenial

Summary:
In the latest MAAS, a node was named pseudoetymological-adalberto. This causes row wrapping in the UI. I feel like the adjective should be limited to a reasonable char count.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Enlist a node

Expected result:
Names are a reasonable length

Actual result:
An 18 character adjective seems a bit excessive

    usr/share/man/man1/python-petname.1:
    - add support for a -l|--letters parameter, default to 6
    - creates shorter, more readable names
