Ceph OSD metrics aren't collected anymore

Tested with MOS8 (ISO 509).

In /var/log/collectd.log:

    Fix collectd datasets for Ceph OSD

    The new Ceph version that is available with MOS 8 reports some
    metrics that didn't exist in MOS 7.
