Bug Description

Without this change in some MTK solution, gps can not be enable/disable by the gps indicator norther in location setting page.

Does this affect the Bq Aquaris problems with GPS? I tend to have trouble getting the real GPS signal instead of just the approximate location.

Could this be gotten into OTA-10 then?
