Bug Description

After OTA 9 I have had several times the problem that my Ubuntu One account got lost. For example yesterday I tried to install some Apps from Ubuntu Store and got the message that I have to activate my Ubuntu One account.
Some days ago I have this problem with updates and Telegram notifications.

After fill in all required information everything worked fine.

I use a BQ4.5 Ubuntu 15.04 (OTA-9) stable

If you need further information please tell me.

Regards
Ilonka

I have seen what may be a variant of this - Telegram starts up but then presents a screen stating (approx.) that authorisation to Ubuntuone is needed so as to receive notifications. Accepting to login proceeds to load Telegram, although the UI is inert.

You just need to set your time zone and switch to automatic.

My Time zone keeps "disappearing"! Meaning I search for: Zurich it finds
Zurich, Zurich, Switzerland
I select it and is is displayed as: Europe/Zurich; clicking on the small right arrow I see 3 entries:
Lake Zurich, Illinois, United States
Zurich, Zurich, Switzerland in RED
Zuru, Kebbi, Nigeria

Go back to the main System Settings and returning to Time & Date Europe/Zurich is still there,
but when I click on the right arrow: Location is empty!
It says: Enter your current location.

No... that isn't the same issue! This problem I have had also but you
can solve it normally with confirming the buttin "UbuntuOne"
In my case the UbuntuOne account under settings is disappeared. It
isn't exist on the phone anymore...
You have to establish a new account on the the phone

I haven't yet studied the libubuntuone-credentials code to be able to determine the issue here. As far as I know, UbuntuOne accounts do not expire. I suspect that for some reason the error handling in the U1 client library is wrong, and that it might delete the accounts when an unexpected network error occurs.
