Docker cannot fetch the "ubuntu:latest" image from registry, and fails.
MOS 7.0 is released with Docker 1.4.1
According to [1] the minimal supported Docker version is 1.6.0.
We should consider either bump up Docker version on Fuel master node to 1.6.2 (current version used on our CI), or deliver the Ubuntu container in some other way [2]
I'd prefer the #2 option here.
