Bug Description
7.0-swarm tests, which we run on patching-ci, are failing time to time due to timeouts during deployment.
This is most probably caused by the wrong mirror selection in a tests code, because new slaves have the 'scc'-location, which is not used in mirror-selection code of tests.
Please fix this behavior ASAP, as we need to release a maintenance update but the test results are too unreliable to trust them.
