Bug Description

Err to switch serial speed to 115000 with PL2303. I am using ubuntu mate 15. In windows this is ok (.net). With the ft232 and old version of ubuntu It was OK too. I am using python2.7

It would be helpful to provide actual error code/text/description.
With this I could only guess that your local user account lacks permissions, try issuing:
sudo usermod -a -G dialout <username>
(logout/login or restart needed for changes to take effect)

Thanks for the reply, it is work for me now. I do not know why, maybe the
group dialup, but I known about this so What done? It is history ....
