Bug Description

Right now, Bootswatch's 'paper' sets the color of the .dropdown-header to be a light gray regardless of whether its an inverse navbar. This is not ideal. It should inherit the same color.

    Style: Material: Fixes colors for navbar and menu

    Elements on the navbar (Hamburger menu, Brand, and Responsive
    Overflow Menu) need to correctly inherit colors from the theme.

    Also, Bootswatch's 'paper' sets the color of the
    .dropdown-header to be a light gray regardless of whether its an
    inverse navbar. This is not ideal. It should inherit the same color.
