Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.
When Trying to export a document ino a PDF file, under the "Security" tab, you can restrict some permissions to the pdf file. When clicking "Set permission password", it says the password can be empty, but when setting an empty password, the permissions options are inchangable!
Only when using non-empty password the options are available.

Upstream's openoffice.org 2.4.0~rc2 doesn't have the text that claims you can have an empty password so it apparently a bug somewhere in ooo-build.
