Bug Description
In ubuntu-mate 16.04 Xenial the mate-menu (advanced menu) is not working.
On line 579 the function find_on_path is called, but the function expects 2 parameters,
if I change the line to: if find_on_path(self, 'lsb_release'):
The menu works
