It is not displaying the topology under Monitor Networking Dashboard

It is not displaying the topology under Monitor->Networking->Dashboard instead is showing as loading. Getting below error while inspecting that page.

Error:
"vectorizer.js?built_at=1454207330:3 Uncaught TypeError: this.node.getTransformToElement is not a function"
