[murano] [murano-cfapi] Some packages in apps.openstack.org can not be used in CF due to large description

Doesn't affects ISO codebase.

1. Upload app-servers bundle into OS environment.
2. Use cf CLI tool to register murano service broker in cf: 'cf create-service-broker murano admin admin <url>'

Expected:
Service broker successfully connected

Observed:
Code 500 from CF database.

Error:
