Bug Description

After OTA 9 update clicking on a shortcut doesn't consistently launch the app as expected
Running on Aquaris 5 hd

Same here (meizu). After I changed system language to english and back to german most icon clicks work again, but not all. Long press works also. Reboot does not change the behaviour.

After some period of using the phone more and more shortcuts don't work. After reboot it works again for some time.

Can you attach the log files from /home/phablet/.cache/upstart
Is this for all apps or specific apps you added to the launcher?
Do the same apps run fine from the app scope?
