phone app hangs due to provider KPN in The Netherlands

When phone calls are made, the phone app hangs after one or a couple of minutes. The phone-call will end, sometimes with a strong long distorted beep. The device needs a total reboot to recover. Other functions and apps still work on the device when it happens. Device = BQ Aquaris E4.5. The issue takes place since i bought the phone and then in all other OTA-releases. Also the 2G/3G option for data is very unstable, it switches a lot between 2G and 3G, then after some time de datafunction stops working. All other functions on the Ubuntu phone are working well, like wifi e.d. I haven't tried other telecom providers in Holland, i have this one from work.

Current Ubuntu Phone image = 15.04 (OTA-9).

OTA 9.5 resolved the dialer issue. 2G/3G is still very unstable.

After almost a month heavy use of the phone, i found that the dialer is stil not very stable. Every 2 out of 10 call's fail in a hanging phone-app, the phone needs a reboot after. Also sometimes the phone seems not to be connected to de providers network because the phone isn't reachable by others to dial to. Sadly these issues makes the phone still not very usfull for work.
