Bug Description
If you click on a building in the building statistics window, the button is shown deepened. Clicking on an other building leaves the state of previous clicked building button. So you can click on every building and each time the building (buttons) is shown deepened and all buttons are shown this way. Clicking on such a button lead sometimes into flickering, because the button is raised and deepened again.
See attachment.
I noticed this behavior some time ago, but i believe in the first implementation the previous selected building button gets raised (or is flatten the right term here?) if another building is clicked.

I can't confirm that on my Ubuntu.
