[Murano] [Artifacts] Problem with pagination, shows only 5 items per page

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy MOS 8.0(3 controlleres, 1 hw compute, neutron vxlmn, experimental group, Murano, Artifacts)
2. Log in web UI
3. Navigate to "Murano">"Manage">"Package Definitions"
4. Import 6 or more packages
5. Take a look at the list of packages and how pagination work

Observed result:
It shows only 5 packages per page instead of 20 (this is value by default that was not modified during this scenario)

This bug is not reproducing in upstream anymore. Since there are no custom changes to dashboard/api code in 9.0 I'm setting it to Incomplete
