search result shows a blank row

I'm having a slight nuisance after the OTA-9 update. Here's how to reproduce:
1. go to apps scope
2. search for something that will produce 1-2 result(s)
3. press the back button to get back to apps scope
4. scroll down through the app list
5. pull and release to refresh
6. scroll down through the app list again

expected to happen:
nothing weird

happened instead:
at step 2. there is one blank row, actual search results are shown in the 2nd row

at step 5. blank row still there
at step 6. now it's gone, normality is restored

Note: if at step 2. I search for something which will produce results that will take more than one row to show, this problem doesn't appear

Moving this to unity8 as nothing has changed in the scope, and the scope itself has no control over the actual UI. I also am unable to recreate this issue here on my mako with rc-proposed. If this turns out to be in unity-scopes-shell instead of unity8, please move to there.

Hi, I started facing the "dual" problem yesterday. Instead of a blank row, the search results in the first row had their tops cut off in step 2. and subsequently the top row of apps scope in step 3. too. Then I restarted the device and yet to find the issue appear for a single time. Looks like good ol' Turning-It-Off-And-On-Again has got rid of this nuisance!

UPDATE: well, this seems to be a temporary workaround as the top-getting-cut-off issue came back and restarting the device has fixed it once again.
