Instance view lacks 'prev' link when pagination is on

Bug Description
Steps:
1. Login to Horizon Dashboard
Go to Settings page and change 'Items Per Page' to 1
2. Go to Project -> Compute -> Instances
Create 2 instances
2 instances are created
3. Check the 1st page
only 'Next' link is available
'prev' is not available
