pull magnum from rdo current instead of sdake's copr

I am tired of maintaining a copr for Magnum. People bug me all the time to update the rpm for RDO. The RDO community has offered to take on maintainership of the Magnum RPM. Unfortunately this rpm wont be in current-passsed-ci so it needs to be pulled from current for the forseeable future, possibly nearing the release of Mitaka.
