Bug Description
Inkscape 0.91 64 bit on Win7 64 bit does mess up many elements when selecting them and doing simple copy & paste on same document. For illustration, see image:
As attachment there is the file that causes problem. I tried same with 0.48 and it worked correctly.

On OS X 10.7.5, with default (new) prefs:
- not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.5 r10040
- reproduced with Inkscape 0.91 (linked flowed text is offset on paste)
- so far not reproduced with latest trunk (Inkscape 0.91+devel r14620)
AFAICT the displaced object is a flowed text with undefined (empty) flowRegion (how could this happen with (text-) editing in Inkscape?).
Tentatively closing as 'Fix Committed' with milestone set to 0.92.
