Impossible to export contacts in sim card, and it's impossible to choose where saving a new contact

Bug Description
I'm using Meizu MX4 with OTA9.
1. There isn't an option to EXPORT contacts in SIM card. It's impossible to export contacts from address book app to a sim card.
This is a good features when an user want to use the sim card in another cellphone.
2. Also, when you add a new contact in address book app it's impossible to choose where saving it: on SIM, or Phone memory.
