webclient: copy record does not save when changing stat cat entries

When editing a copy in the web client, if the user adds a copy stat cat, any changes made to that copy, even those that are unrelated to stat cats, are not saved.

See the below screencast. In my first attempt to edit the record, I add a new price and add a stat cat. After saving the record, when I retrieve it again, neither piece of information was retained. However, when I only add a new price without making any changes to the stat cat, the record successfully saves the price information.

Marking this as fix committed since the issue was resolved with code merged today from the collab/gmcharlt/webstaff-sprint2-sprint3-round2 branch.
