Bug Description

It is very useful to have detailed messages in CI logs for case we have errors. So, it should be enabled by default for CI.

    Make CI 'buildimage' tox job verbose

    It is very useful to have detailed messages in CI logs for case we have
    errors. So, enable it for CI.
