[UI] Memory graphs for nodes are shown as oscillations (incorrectly)

Bug Description

R3.0 2704 Ubuntu 14.04 Kilo multinode setup

Memory graphs for nodes (for ex : contrail-vrouter-agent shown in the attachment ) is shown to be oscillating between 151MB and 2G every minute. But in reality, it is almost constant

We should fix this since it is misleading

Closes-Bug: #1538667 - Fixed the TOR Agent charts not plotting issue. The issue
was that the stats query was using Source = nodename in where clause to filter
the data but for TOR agents we should use name in where clause.
Closes-Bug: #1538588 - The above fix also fixes this one.
