Bug Description
If Ceph volumes are enabled, it seems that we run ceph/keystone.pp task and rewrite the swift endpoint to point to ceph's endpoint URL, breaking swift.
No diagnostic snapshot yet, but it affects 8.0 and 9.0.

Somehow I managed to deploy once with this bad configuration, but not again. I'll move to medium and invalid for now.
