[Mainline-Build 2702]: UI - adding empty entry in allowed address pair removes all the security groups from the port

when empty entry is added in allowed address pair while editing the port, all the security groups get removed from the port.

steps:
1. edit any existing port from UI, config->Networking->ports.
2. add one new row in allowed address pair but don't put any value.just click on '+' symbol.
3. save

verify the SG attached in the port/VM from Horizon.

I see same issue (SG get removed)intermittently while adding/removing/editing Fat flow.
don't have exact steps yet.

Not able to reproduce.
It must got fixed in the latest build once the validation was done.
Or It must be the Duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/+bug/1539639.

Can you test it and conform.

it was easily reproducible on the build 2702 but on the newer builds since validation is done for empty entry now so we can't hit this issue.
