pydb suggests outdated emacs

emacs22 is suggested, and seems to have been the suggested emacs since at least precise. And yet, emacs22 hasn't even been in ubuntu since precise.

There is really no good reason why this couldn't be updated to emacs24

Thanks for the patch! I forwarded it to the Debian maintainer and linked the Debian bug here. Please understand that it's too costly to apply such "minor" patches in Ubuntu as that would introduce a delta to the package which then blocks automatic updates from Debian. So I won't upload this to Ubuntu directly.
