fuel-library package for MOS7.0 is not updated in proposed repos

We have merged several patches to 7.0 branch since Dec28. Current version of fuel-library package in proposed snapshots is 28 days old. Please check the links below:

Packages fuel-library, fuel-web, fuel-octane, python-fuelclient and fuel-ostf was built in repositories http://perestroika-repo-tst.infra.mirantis.net/mos-repos/centos/mos7.0-centos6-fuel/snapshots/proposed-latest/ after manual trigger jobs
on http://osci-jenkins.srt.mirantis.net/

For place packages on http://mirror.fuel-infra.org/ need run jobs
https://patching-ci.infra.mirantis.net/view/7.0.patching/job/7.0.create_snapshot.centos-6/ and
https://patching-ci.infra.mirantis.net/view/7.0.patching/job/7.0.create_snapshot.ubuntu/

BUT rpm package fuel-mirror wasn't built due to wrong spec, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1538046
