Import from SIM hangs forever if empty contact before

Steps:
1.flash device freshly
2.Open contact app
3.Tap on "Import contact from SIM"
4.Select contacts and confirm to import
5.Observe the result

Actual result:
Importing and spinning runs forever, but if tap back arrow will display the imported contacts in imported contacts page

Expected result:
Page goes back to contact list if importing completely.
